Certificate of Origin

This form has been moved to a new platform in Altinn. It is not possible to move service access to individual forms to a new platform. If you find that you no longer have access, your general manager or similar must give you access again.

There will no longer be red stamps on the form because this has not been continued on the new platform. The form is still valid without the red stamps.

Certificate of Origin is a certificate used for goods that have non-preferential origin.

It is used, among other things, in connection with licensing and veterinary regulations in the recipient country.

Briefly about the form

When exporting goods to countries Norway/EFTA does not have a free trade agreement with.

When the recipient or the recipient country's authority requires proof of the origin of the goods.
Often used in connection with licensing and veterinary regulations in the recipient country.

This is a "non-preferential certificate of origin" and does not provide customs benefits in the recipient country.
Occasionally used when exporting to countries Norway/EFTA has a free trade agreement with, but this should not be necessary.

Requirements for submitters

All exporters and their representatives can use the form. (transporters/forwarders, etc.)

To access the form, the access manager or chief administrator in your company must grant you access via Altinn. If your company is submitting the form on behalf of others, a power of attorney is required, which can be granted in Altinn. The form is included in the "Toll" access package.

You also have access if you have the role of Accounting Employee.
