Extract of Accounts (RF-1045) Attachment

For RF-1045 by submitting electonically, the deadline is 31 May.

The form Extract of Accounts has to be filed by foreign companies and other entities that are tax assessed by the Central Office - Foreign Tax Affairs, registered with the tax municipality 2312.

The form must be submitted as an attachment to the tax return.

Enterprises obligated to keep statutory accounts are required to submit the same forms as resident tax payers in addition to the Extract of Accounts.
