This form will be discontinued on 1 January 2026. You can continue to use it until 31 December 2025.
The new Collection Act takes effect on 1 January 2026. From that date, you will no longer be able to appeal late payment fees on maintenance payment claims.

You may use the form when you want to appeal against a late payment fee that you have been charged.
Individuals who have been charged a late payment fee.
In order to complete this form, you need to have the Altinn role report/sender.
