How do you report a change of address, new bank account, and other changes?

If your enterprise moves to a different address, gets new Board members, new bank account or similar, you need to make sure these changes are registered. Where to report the changes will depend on the type of changes you make.


Changing address/contact information/business description/board-members or activity/industry

Changes to the business address, phone number, e-mail, business name, activity/industry, and board members, are reported via the form Coordinated Register Notification in Altinn. If the enterprise is relocating or changing the business address, you must also report a move to the Norwegian Postal Service.

Changing bank account number for VAT refunds

To change or register a bank account number for VAT refunds, you need to log in to the Tax Administration´s website.

Changing bank account number for payments from the Norwegian Tax Administration

To change or register a bank account number for payments of overpaid tax, you need to log in to the Tax Administration´s website.

Changing bank account number for refunds from NAV

You can add or change account number for refunds from NAV to employers by logging in to the service "Bank account number for refunds from NAV to employers" (in Norwegian only).
